The 77mm D3 abrasive disc has a unique combination of sanding grit, material bonding and surface engineering to minimise clogging. Under intensive testing with comparison products, the BAXT ‘D’ series discs service life was 30% longer.
Faster Particle Removal
3 hole pattern and anti-clog coating of the D3 ensures faster particle removal. This achieves a greater reduction in airborne dust, less stoppage and longer tool life

Available in a range of grits from P80 to P800, there is a D3 for every task, from heavy material removal to fine refinishing
Durable and Performance Enhancing
The backing paper is structured from a strong yet supple latex paper. The grain is bonded to this with resin, and finally finished with the anti-clog coating. The D3 has a Velcro backing to provide superior grip and fast disc changes.
